As stated when I ran, I did so because there was a dearth of candidates at the time. Since then, several candidates have come forward and there are more than enough from France. As I also stated I would support getting people who have not been so heavily involved before. I would therefore like to support my fellow Frenchman Clément Genty. Clément comes to us from the NextGen program and is in my mind exactly the type of person that we should be pushing to try and get more involved in these leadership positions as a relative newcomer to the ICANN process.
