Dear Euralo members/colleagues! Warm greetings to you all! 1. This is to share with you, quite late in the process, the NomCom Monthly Report Cards for the 2012-2013. Thank you very much, Veronica. Very interesting information indeed. I completely welcome the transparency which the NomCom is showing with the publication of these report cards. Please be so kind to remind us of their presence every time a new one is published! As for the call for candidates, I urge all of our colleagues in EURALO to find good candidates for filling the positions. This is not only a NomCom task - it is a task for the whole community. Dear Veronica, Thank you very much for sending the link to the report cards. Unfortunately, they require QuickTime and Windows Media Player plugins, that are not native for free software users and thus I am not able to appreciate the work done by the NomCom. Our community is rich in nationalities, cultures and software preferences and usage of less exotic formats to store and share information would indeed increase participation and transparency.
