Dear all, as you may have seen, ICANN Constituency Travel has started contacting you (confirmed and funded travellers) to begin making their bookings for the EURALO GA in June in Lisbon. Please note that all bookings must be completed by 3-April-2013 23:59 UTC (= 0.59 CET). Booking by this deadline will ensure that cost effective tickets are booked, hotel reservations are properly made, and per diems can be sent in time. As repeatedly made clear in my previous announcements to this list, any modifications from the approved dates for the EURALO GA incl. EuroDIG (19 and 20 June = 2 nights funded by ICANN) or extra days and nights in Lisbon you may wish (before and after) need to be arranged directly with ICANN Constituency Travel and are NOT covered and thus need to be paid by participants themselves / You! And as stated before, prolongation options for Lisbon are possible and will be fairly considered by ICANN Constituency Travel, "IF this doesn't have financial impacts on low budget flight options and prices". The EURALO 2013 GA will start on Wednesday, 19 June at 17:00 PM (CEST) -- please make sure to arrange your arrival in Lisbon accordingly and to arrive in time (15:00 - 16:00 latest and it takes 20 minutes with a shuttle bus from the airport to the Altis hotel). PLEASE make sure that you can meet the narrow deadline of Wednesday, 3rd April mentioned above (and even over the Easter holidays) to complete your travel arrangements without further complications.
