NOTE – IF an apology and appointing a Proxy, please note Proxy on the Google form AND complete the attached proxy form (as per the EURALO Articles of Association – see hereafter). At this stage you have THREE options for participation at this General Assembly: 1. In person (but no travel funding for this event) 2. Remote – zoom room will be posted 24h prior to the session 3. Send an apology, in which case you may nominate a PROXY (document attached) to represent you. A proxy will need to confirm participation in the General Assembly either in person or remote. Please note that in order to achieve quorum at the General Assembly, it is important for you to take action on one of the three options above! As per practice in past General Assemblies, there will be a maximum of two proxies possible per member participating in the GA and staff will inform you if a nominated proxy has exceeded their vote allocation and suggest alternatives.
