Hi Michele, Thanks! The discussion yesterday re: section 3.1.1 indicated that there should be some way for LEA to contact the provider via the website, be it a form, email address, phone number, or other means for the LEA to obtain the designated LEA contact info (as you referenced). The proposed language here was intended to leave all of those options open. If you or others would like to suggest edits to make that more clear please send them to the list!
