This is by design to ensure that the IRT work on Clarifying Questions get done before we begin discussing concerns. Please focus your comment on the 21 recommendations presented in section 1.3.1 if you could. Precede each comment with “2. Concern …” to note that your comment is to be addressed after we answer the questions about the recommendation. Again, I invite the IRT members to reply to the comments to facilitate our discussion later. Per our work plan in the IRT workbook, session #4 on 22 August 2024 is when we plan to discuss these concerns as a team.
