Topics covered: * Plan for Finalizing Requirements Flow * ICANN org and the IRT agreed to cancel the IRT’s 19 February meeting to allow members more time to socialize the Draft Requirements Flow Visual with their respective groups. * The new deadline for input on the Draft Requirements Flow is 27 February. * IRT input will be discussed at the IRT’s 10 March ICANN85 session with the goal of finalizing the Requirements Flow document. * Once the Requirements Flow finalized, ICANN org will develop draft Consensus Policy language for IRT discussion following the sequence of work outlined in the project Work Breakdown<https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpageattachments.action?...> for Deliverable #3: Draft Consensus Policy. * Review of IRT comments on Draft Requirements Flow Visual * ICANN org reviewed IRT comments, ICANN org responses, and facilitated an open discussion on the Draft Requirements Flow. * IRT comments and ICANN org responses on the Draft Requirements Flow Visual are still live in the document. * Current comments can also be found on page 3 of the attached Draft Requirements Flow Visual PDF for reference. IRT Task: * Socialize the attached Draft Requirements Flow Visual PDF document with your groups and interested community members. * Provide additional comments on the Draft Requirements Flow Visual<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1zcI63Yp8rEc5LLZJRk2VR-0MJCDVqRMs/view> (link to PPSAI IRT working folder - access is restricted to IRT members). * Input in the document is due by the end of day 27 February. Step-by-step instructions for posting comments in this file are attached to this email for reference. * Following receipt of IRT input, the ICANN org will review and respond to the IRT’s comments in advance of the next IRT meeting. Next IRT meeting: * The IRT’s next meeting will be at ICANN85 on Tuesday, 10 March at 3:30 UTC (a meeting invite and .ics file will be sent within the week). * The goal of this meeting will be to finalize the Requirements Flow Visual.
