Board Readiness actions
Hi Everyone: First, an apology. Evidently I missed a meeting on 29 Jan; I saw the Skype message from Terri afterward, I did not think we had a meeting scheduled and feel badly that you took your time out for it. In the interim, there has been some level of activity (but there is a lot of catch-up to do). I’d like to address a few items that might benefit from having a meeting: 1. Discussion of the proposed summary of the SubPro rejected (or pended) recommendations. I’ve attached a proposed summary sent earlier - with some explanation in the earlier email - and want to get feedback on it. 2. Selection of Board members for interviewing. I remember seeing a listing of Board members that were in place during the deliberations in the Registration Data EPDPs but cannot for the life of me find it. Can whoever on staff that did the good work to put it together, forward it to this group? 3. Sending meeting notes to the interviewees for review. This is another instance where I have not yet followed through. I am attaching the notes from Janis for your review. Can someone on staff compile the other interview full notes in some way so we can re-look at them and decide to send them out? 4. Interview status DO WE THINK WE COULD SCHEDULE A MEETING FOR WEDNESDAY (12 FEB) IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE BOARD-GAC-COUNCIL MEETING? I understand the short notice. If one person cannot make it, we can postpone it. The times would be: * Brisbane 12:00am (Thursday) * Malaysia 10:00pm * Bonn 3:00pm * London 2:00pm * New York 9:00am * Nashville 8:00am * Los Angels 6:00am If not, let’s try to work through these issues on email, leading to a meeting next week.
