Hi All; With regard to the information packet for the SubPro interviews and being concerned with the “wealth” of material there, I made a try at creating a terse yet comprehensive list of the rejected or “pended” recommendation. I’ve cut a lot of the material but I think there is enough to jog the interviewees memory. Please review and let me know if you think it is suitable for inclusion in the information packet. One important point: I have only included the recommendations and the Board’s initial reasoning for not accepting it. I have not included the ultimate resolution or a brief description of it. To argue both sides: 1. We are concerned with the Board accepting initial recommendations, so next steps toward resolution are not really relevant, I want to focus on the PDP deliberation 2. However, the final resolution might provide a hint as to how future PDPs should consider or vet their recommendations before sending them on. I think we can do with out an additional column that would add pages to the table. However, if you think an additional column would be beneficial (i.e., necessary to achieve our objectives), I’ll add it. I’ll need help from you all as I was not part of the small team. As soon as we accept a version of this, we can send the information packet out and schedule interviews. Note: this is on US letter paper.
