Bylaws Table Comparison and Annex D Analysis

      Dear Bylaws DT members,

Please see attached for discussion tomorrow two tables.  One is the staff analysis of the Bylaws without Annex D as compared to the table provided by Steve Metalitz.  This is provided in redlined and clean versions.  The second is the staff analysis of Annex D, but also taking into consideration the analysis provided in the table from Steve Metalitz.
