On another note, regarding the implementation review team (IRT); The working group recommendations are published for yet another public comment period in preparation for the ICANN board to adopt them (https://www.icann.org/public-comments/transliteration-contact-recommendation...). Should the board adopt the recommendations following the public comment period, the GNSO Council should at that point in accordance with its own adopted motion form an IRT to work with ICANN staff to implement the recommendations. We all enjoyed working together on this one and I’m sure we’ll be brought together on other bits of ICANN work in the future. In fact there is some talk of an Implementation Review Team for this PDP and of members being encouraged to join it, so it may be sooner than one thinks. I’ll be in touch when I have further information, anyway.
