Dear colleagues, Another thought. Following the passing of the consensus deadline at 23:59 UTC last night, it looks very much like we have full consensus. As Amr helpfully pointed out, however, the deadline, might have been somewhat tight for some among you. May I, therefore, encourage anyone who feels they cannot provide their consensus to indicate this on the list before 12:00 UTC today, so that we may deal with this effectively during the call and decide on the next steps. If all consent, it may be a relatively quick call with only minor edits and a reminder of the next steps. Dear All, Sorry for the late reply, i have been on travel some days this week. Just a short note, from the IPC point of view, that we still not support the suggested recommendation nr 1. IPC is of the view that it is desirable to maketransformation of contact information mandatory. I can, quickly after todays meeting, prepare a short “minority note” on that, basically referring to the reasons IPS has previously put forward. I accept the other recommendations, however based on that the transformation is mandatory. Dear All, Thanks for a good meeting today. Please find enclosed the "Minority Statement", that I have added in red at page 19. I thought that was the best place, as it is where we start to inform about the "Level of consensus".
