The intention is to staggerappointments to provide for continuity and knowledge retention.To facilitate this, at least half of the inaugural CSC appointees will be appointed for an initialterm of three years. Subsequent terms will be for two years.CSC appointees must attend a minimum of nine meetings in a one-year period, and must notbe absent for more than two consecutive meetings.
