A bit, but not much, more of information available at https://no.linkedin.com/in/elise-lindeberg-58218224 I really think GAC missed the memo on expected skills, but considering this is one of the liaison roles, not one of the member roles, and considering the high qualifications of the full slate, I don't see a compelling need to turn down their offer. In the future, though, we could be more clear to say that - in general - a GAC-appointed liaison is not required to be a GAC member, just someone who has GAC support and trust to apply their line of thinking to that specific ICANN function.
