ah, duh, sorry. I'll be happy to follow on suggestions as to make the IRTP request more realistic and facilitate a conversation with the wider RySG when that time comes. I think Steve's idea of a cover letter is a good one. To reiterate what I've said on a prior call, if this is truly a voluntary data request the best way that a given WG can hope to get data is to make the appeal approachable. A best practice for any WG might go beyond just a cover letter but be a conversation between a contracted party Excom and the WG chair, and, to the extent that a group can make time for them, the WG chair should also try to present the request and field questions on a wider group call (e.g., the biweekly RySG call). Andrew,
The two other use cases are actually contained within the same document already shared with the WG. If you scroll down, you will find the use cases for theoretical IRTP Review Team and New gTLD Subsequent Rounds PDP efforts.
Best, Steve

Hi Steve,
I'm reviewing the remainder of the recording now, and I note Barry discusses two other use cases other than the UDRP & URS use case attached here. Could you circulate those documents?
Thanks

Dear WG Members,
Attached, please find the following documents, which will be the subject of today’s call.
1. A draft process flow depicting the various ways in which data request may be address. The process flow is a visual evolution of Jonathan’s initial data request process flow and is intended to incorporate the number of requirements that have been discussed in regards to the RySG and RrSG principles. 2. A draft data request use template which are focused on expected future efforts and are intended to aid the WG in better understanding what data requests may look like. 3. The project plan for this working group.
Talk to you all soon.
