The Council is aware of the issue of lack of dispute/recourse mechanism for registrants. This issue is identified in the Issue Report (i.e., topic C3). This wg can, of course, raise the point as the Council and community consider next topics for policy work. While I agree that mitigation in itself is out of scope I also think that it is very important to protect the "innocent", as it were, as is the matter of natural justice, ie giving the other side a chance to be heard. I assume it it self evident that false positives would be restored as a matter of urgency.
