Maybe it is better off to go back to Council if anything needs to be done. * Caution about biting off a lot of parallel work. Trying to initiate a PDP and execute it as quickly as possible. Probably have less availability to do parallel work, this is a caution to support a small team while doing the issue report there can be finite resources * Discussion of timeline of process with issue report, public comment, and final report * Motion discussion as to whether or not to call out the timing for it to promote efficiency, but all of this is triggered normally through the operating procedures * Possibly including in rationale that small team may reconvene, there is some support, but unclear how to include that in the text itself * Draft motion is good to go after update 1.
