[Gnso-epdp-idn-team] Updated Timeline - Presentation for 20 July GNSO Council Meeting

Dear All, As Donna mentioned, the GNSO Council will meet today and EPDP-IDNs timeline will be discussed. After considering several factors, the leadership team and staff updated the timeline for completing the Phase 2 work. Please see the proposed slides for the GNSO Council meeting attached. In summary, the estimated P2 completion has been updated to October 2024 (previously, November 2025). Thank you, Ariel
