Dear Kurt The arrangement is not user's friendly. One need to refer to too many sources I do not know why in ICANN the process is so difficult. Perhaps it is make so not to make it possible with average familiarity to follow the case I have been involved in conferences and meetings that for more than 1300 pages are proposals from hundreds of sources The most simple manner used since decades to prepare a consolidated workd document starting with the initial text of each subject and below that the individual comments with Agreed Agreed with comment on red line Disagreed totally but no suggestion Disagreed but providing new text That has worked more than sufficient I do not understand why the things are made complex Regards Kavouss On Wed, Jan 2, 2019 at 5:51 AM Alan Greenberg <alan.greenberg@mcgill.ca> wrote:
Thanks Kurt,
One small comment. On the PCRT, in the "Section" column, for those of us who have not memorized the entire report, it would be useful to have some sort of capsule description.
For example:
Purpose 2: Maintain SSR of DNS Purpose 6: Dispute policies Recommendation 3: Current accuracy policies

Hi Everyone:
Welcome back.
During the break, you will see that the Support Team has worked through and summarized the comments to the Initial Report using the standard format. We have also identified an approach to the public comment review that is outlined in the attached document. It includes prep materials for this Thursday’s meeting - and identifies the path for the next few meetings after that.
Please read and consider it carefully, provide any guidance you might have, and prepare for the Thursday meeting.
Let us know if you have questions or comments.
Best regards,
