[Gnso-epdp-team] Milestone Project Package for Initial Report - 7 Feb. 2020

Dear All, Please find attached the EPDP-Phase 2 Project package that closes out January of 2020 and the Initial Report milestone. Because the milestone was so close to end-of-month January, no issue will be developed for 31 Jan. 2020. The project health remains on a "Revised Schedule" after the GNSO Council reviewed the revised project plan at its December meeting. The percent complete reports at 73% complete with a 69% elapsed time from when the project started. The public comment period closes 23 Mar. 2020.
