I would like to call your attention to the Draft Report issued last week by the RDS-WHOIS2 Review Team, and in particular to the Section 5, pages 88-103 on a survey that we conducted on the use of WHOIS by Law Enforcement. The survey received 55 responses from 39 countries (many of which were made on behalf of their countries) and included responses from all of ICANN five regions. Alan
