[GNSO-EPDPP2-SmallTeam] For final review - proposed RDRS Standing Committee Charter

Dear All, As no further feedback was received on the proposed RDRS Standing Committee Charter, we have gone ahead and reorganized the assignment numbering as suggested by Sarah (see https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IFmCY1xEtWy7IoyM-uSYiRkzFkc0jLdM/edit). In addition, we’ve suggested updated language in the deliverable section in response to a comment from Marc. Please have a final look to see if there is anything further that needs to be reviewed or considered. The aim is to submit this to the GNSO Council in time for consideration during its September meeting (document deadline: 11 September). Best regards, Caitlin & Marika
