Hi, Re “provides an option for registrars to post outcomes”, I thought that participating registrars are required to track the outcomes of all the requests we get through RDRS. I’m no longer sure where to find the basic documentation of those requirements, but how else would the reporting include the outcome rates (number of closed disclosure requests by type) if the outcome (type) is not tracked? I have one comment, re this part: “Moreover, the RDRS tracks requests and registrar-provided responses” This makes it sound like the response itself (including the contents, e.g. the registration data that is disclosed) is tracked in RDRS. Maybe instead you could change it to "the RDRS tracks requests and outcomes" which is more clear?
