Thanks, Mary Regarding the 2007 draft text for an alternative DRP, I believe the opposition comments of the Registry Stakeholder Group are still relevant. One comment in particular is: "The fundamental question about the current proposal remains - whether or not ICANN should become a global law making body. The WIPO 2 recommendations are tantamount to asking ICANN to become an “enforcer of treaties”, which is not its proper role." David David W. In addition, since the 17 December call saw a very detailed “walk through” and discussion of the Article 6ter process and scope, the WG co-chairs would like to invite follow up comments to the mailing list on that topic, as well as encourage members/observers who were not able to join the call to review the discussion that took place. For your convenience, the agenda, documents, Adobe Connect chat transcript, MP3 recording and meeting transcript have all been uploaded to the WG wiki here: https://community.icann.org/x/jooQAw On behalf of Petter and Phil, our co-chairs, and Berry, Steve and the rest of the ICANN policy staff, here’s wishing you and yours a very happy holiday and a great start to 2015!
