The IPT has been going through the publication details carefully to ensure all updates are synchronized, consistent, and clear. To give you an idea, the following are the moving pieces. 1. Consensus Policy page update 2. New policy language 3. Archive of the existing policy with note on the update 4. Reserved names list landing page updated with old and new XML files 5. Creation of the new XML file 6. URL management * Current URL must point to the latest and current XML * The existing XML must receive a new URL and maintained for use till 31 July 2020 7. Legal notice Our goal is to publish this policy in February and I will advise the IRT on the exact date. We are keeping with “No Later Than 1 August 2020 effective date as published for public comment.
