The Business Constituency (³BC²) submits these comments to the Proposed Changes Operating Procedures developed by the Standing Committee on Improvements Implementation (³SCI²) posted for public comment on September 17, 2014.
The BC wishes to thank the members of the SCI for this thoughtful proposal.
The BC fully supports the recommendations of the SCI for two amendments to the GNSO Operating Procedures and the one amendment to the GNSO Working Group Guidelines described in Section I. The BC appreciates the opportunity to provide our comments on these recommendations.
