Dear SCI members, For reference for today's SCI call please see the attached transcript from the 23 July meeting and the subsequent email that was sent for your review. The discussion concerning the application of the waiver to resubmitted motions begins on page 3 and ends on page 13 in the transcript. As noted in the attached email, after some discussion the SCI members on the call on 23 July agreed to adopt Wolf-Ulrich's suggestion and to have me summarize the conclusion and present it to the list for the consideration of those members who were not on the call.
