[Gnso-latin-diacritics] final recommendations are in preparation

      Hi all,

thank you all for your feedback with regards to the recommendations we 
still had to adjust.

We will now finalise everything and review the full set of 
recommendations, first internally, and then provide you with the final 
language for your review.

We expect this to be forwarded to you next Monday (20th). You then have 
one week to review the document and we will start the consensus call on 
Monday 27th.
