Bruce Tonkin, as Chair of the Board Governance Committee, has provided Bill Graham's 360 degree review report on his performance as a board member to me (as Council Vice-Chair for the NCPH).

This report is confidential, and NOT a public document, but Bruce says it is appropriate to share privately with those considering Bills candidature for the ICANN board, including SG/C leadership as well as those directly voting, with the understanding that it continues to be a confidential document.

We don't seem to have had a formal nomination of candidates yet, or full agreement on the procedural details, but it seems clear that Bill intends to be a candidate, and I presume his candidature will be formally accepted. Should I share this document with this list?
