The request is for separate calls with each candidate at this point from CSG. We did not discuss how NCSG/NCUC/NPOC proceeds, as that would be out of scope for us.

Avri and Bill have both accepted calls /individual with CSG.

We are in the process of scheduling with each candidate, and I return this to Wolf-Ulrich on that note.

Rafik, as you recall, you and I were tasked to meet with John Jeffrey.

I am wondering if we might draft [I can draft for your review] a note to John that is just a schedule update. Stage One: outcome;Stage Two: ends tomorrow; outcome. Calls with Candidates. Stage Three : closing date.

That seems in the spirit of how you and I left our informal discussion with John. Is that okay with you and then you can review within your NCSG/NPOC/NCUC and I can with CSG, and then we send, perhaps Monday or tuesday?

Thanks for this proposal, Just to clarify, are you suggesting to have one call for NCPH(CSG + NCSG) with the two candidates in the same time? If yes, I think that we can agree on that .

hope that next time ,CSG and NCSG can discuss together about such setting in more earlier stage.

the CSG EXCOM just met on a phone call to discuss the ongoing election for ICANN board seat #14.
