This seem to imply that those comments were taken into account properly. This was not the case, as I believe a comparative analysis of the comments, commentary and subsequent changes to the AGB would demonstrate. There are of course no transparent recordings of the reasons changes were or were not made to the AGB. Thee as also no analysis of how the AGB met the requirements of the recommendations, though a checklist was maintained.
