Stephanie, And to add to Jeff and Bret¹s comments, another reason the community sentiment to date has seemed to lean towards a single PDP is because of resourcing concerns, from both a WG participant and ICANN staff perspective. We have tried to capture this, and the other considerations, on page 4 of the executive summary. We will run through the changes made to the documents on Tuesday¹s call. My sense of the discussions to date is that many people felt that separate working groups ran the risk of marginalizing some groups, some issues. We are leaving that for the Council to ultimately decide, but our recommendation is for 1 PDP Working Group which the WG could then decide to split into multiple subgroups along the lines that we have recommended.

That said, ultimately it is the Council that will decide this issue.

However, in an effort to move the work of this group forward, a call will be scheduled for Tuesday, 26 May at 15:00 UTC. Please try and find some time to review the revised drafts, as trying to finalize them will be the focus of this upcoming meeting.
