Dear WG Members, Following the notes that Julie shared below, please find a revised set of annotated ICANN56 session agendas that take into account the discussions held during the WG call. Community volunteer speakers have been designated where applicable, Paul McGrady’s requested topic has also been added, and estimated time has been added for each segment of the session. In regards to the request that the schedule be published to better allow for the community to plan for their attendance, especially for the F2F session, staff proposes that any comments to the proposed agenda be received by Tuesday, 23:59 UTC, after which, staff will post clean versions of the agenda to the respective session descriptions here: https://meetings.icann.org/en/icann56-sched In addition, I want to draw your attention to a note Michelle DeSmyter from staff included in her email for the MP3, attendance, and chat from the WG meeting. During the WG call, it was asked if calendar invites could be sent to members for ICANN56 sessions.
