For example, 1.1(c) apparently does not prohibit GAC Safeguards to certain strings. The recommendation-specific requests would then be only that - recommendation-specific. But I don.t think using price as a barrier to abusive registrations is the solution, since the practical effect (and possibly the intent) is to milk brand owners like cash cows.
