Dear Team, As discussed during the informal PDP 3.0 meeting, it was agreed that identifying a staff and small team lead for each implementation item should help move items along in their development. For those not following along too carefully on Slack, please note that: Staff imported the Implementation Plan into Google docs and shared the link there (and here: https://drive.google.com/a/icann.org/file/d/1QsZoBxrJc8rq4BcpfQBK-zvxchxIeFR...) Darcy stated, “Given the number of improvements and number of subgroup members, looks like we each need to volunteer to lead ~2 improvements. With that in mind, I volunteer for 5 and 13. If others are interested in those, I'd also put up my hand for 3, 6, and 17.” If I am not mistaken, participants in the room agreed that small team members should identify which implementation items they would like to serve as lead, by 5 July 2019. For simplicity, it probably makes sense to respond to this email when you figure out where you’d like to volunteer and staff can update the Google doc.
