The revision attempts to address / reflect the following: * Relevant content from all of the PDP 3.0 improvement documents * Comments in the slack channel for charter template revision * Comments received from the ICANN community (GAC, ALAC, webinar, etc.) * Original comments / edits by Rafik, Pam, Marika and Berry on the charter template The redline is a bit overwhelming as there are many changes there, hence the read-only clean version may be easier for your reference.
