[Gnso-rdrs-sc] increase priority on request 18?

Hello team, I have heard from some Rr colleagues that a request we recently added to the Impressions Doc is actually much more important than I had realized. /Request 18: when I complete a case (regardless of outcome), rather than saving and leaving me on that request screen, please send me back to the list of requests / Can the level of effort be evaluated so that we can prioritize this request?
