Thanks Vicky and others for this. It has come to my attention that we can actually define the scope of legal action in this group. Since the document you provided overwhelmingly about civil lawsuits and IP infringement, I was wondering if we could add criminal investigations that leads to legal action as well. Also I want to know if I could add this item to the legal actions: Identify journalists, protesters and civil rights activists and bring them to court Law enforcement in some countries use WHOIS data to identify protesters and journalists and website owners with “blasphemous”content and to take legal action against them. What is the status of your first drafts for action items i, ii, iii, & iv? It would be really helpful if those could be sent this list soon so the full team could discuss it suggest edits today and over the weekend.
