Hi Nick,
One of the RDS working group members suggested I forward this to you.
Any chance Nominet will provide the WG guidance on the questions attached?
Best regards,
Susan

Hello,
The GNSO Next-Gen Registration Directory Services PDP Working Group has
been reviewing new legislation around the world that applies to the
collection and display of personal data in the WHOIS record. We are asking
Registries to share their experience with managing a compliant WHOIS
database within their own local laws. The working group has developed the
attached list of questions for Country Code Registry Operators to inform
our discussions.
We appreciate responses to these questions as to they pertain to your
registry practices.
Please submit your responses to gnso-rds-pdp-ccTLDQs(a)icann.org
Thank you for taking the time to respond.
Susan Kawaguchi
