[gnso-rds-pdp-wg] Did we add RFC 6973 to our list under privacy documents?

I cannot seem to find a summary of RFC 6973 on Privacy Considerations for Internet Protocols. This seems like a relevant document to include, as it is cited in the EDPS 2014 document which we have on our list. If there is no summary I will do it, and add any requirements I note as well.
