@Lisa, let me also add that the Affirmation of Commitments (AoC) Document in the same block of three docs (with the green and white paper) does not bring any new possible requirement in my understanding. The White paper cited above actually followed the green paper (*Improvement of Technical Management of Internet Names and Addresses*) of which I submitted the list of possible requirments last week. After reading, no new requirement arose from all the work done between the issued date of the green paper and the issue of the white paper.
I must however empahasize on a major requirement recalled many times in the white paper concering the new system model.
1. *[SM-xx-yy]* : *Principles for a New System.* The Green Paper set out four principles to guide the evolution of the domain name system: stability, competition, private bottom-up coordination, and representation.
@Lisa, I will pick up a new document : Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP - RFC 7480) (2015). There are two related documents (7481 & 7482) where Scott Hollenbeck is a co-author. I would suggest he takes them, Else I promise to look at also RFC 7481 and submit a report (on both 7480 & 7481) NLT June 7th 3 pm.
