Clean and redline versions of the document titled 'Possible approach to consensus in deliberation of possible requirements for RDS PDP WG' are attached. Note that this is version 12 of the document. Version 10 was distributed shortly before the WG meeting on 22 June. The attached redline version highlights all of the edits made since version 10. We will discuss this in the F2F WG meeting on Tuesday morning in Helsinki. The results of that discussion will determine the subsequent portions of the agenda. Chuck
