Clearly, though, we might want to make a recommendation about cases that are obviously PII. I think it'd be easier to start with the common cases of the "thin" data just because that stuff is common. As we get experience with dealing with tricky fields, we might tackle some of the more corner cases or build up some stories about how to handle generic cases.
