"Accuracy" and "Working" are not synonomous though. It wouldn't be accurate to use my previous home address, but I can still be contacted (as the post is redirected and I know the occupants) It wouldn't be accurate to use the local Subways as my address, but I can still be contacted, as they know me and my regular breakfast foot-long sub It wouldn't be accurate to have our tech office address without the "East India Dock" part, but most web-based forms dont allow for 3 lines of address before the town , yet I'm not aware of the post office ever not delivering anything where that isn't supplied And so on. A goal of being able to _reach_ a registrant is different to a goal of having 100% accurate information - might just be semantics but I think the difference is important. Rob
