The redlines in the Working Group Determination section of the document reflect the agreed-upon changes during the meeting. As noted in the attached charter, this is the recommendation for implementation: “That the GNSO Council develop a competency-based framework, which its members should use to identify development needs and opportunities.” Staff is circulating the revised version of the charter for a three-week Consensus Call to end on Thursday, 29 March 2018.
