Julie, Thank you for forwarding these draft charters and the completed Charter for Recommendation 8 for approval. I thought Recommendation 8 looked in line with our conversation. I also want to extend my apologies to the WG that I cannot be in Copenhagen. I was recently contracted for a speaking circuit with the National Association of Corporate Directors based upon my new book, Digital in the Boardroom, and my first engagement is this week in New Orleans. Thank you, Wolf-Ulrich, for kindly offering to step up and lead the session in person this week. I will look forward to carefully reviewing the recording and offer any further comments upon listening to the discussion that will occur tomorrow. Also, thank you to Julie and staff for all the preparatory work that makes it easy for us to jump in and tackle the substantive issues. I will look forward to our next call following Copenhagen. Thanks to all and safe travels! Jen Jen [cid:image002.jpg@01D29CA1.84121150]jennifer c.
