I only had a few minutes to review but can dive deep and send comments to the list. Lawrence Olawale-Roberts:has staff considered the possibility of breaking the task into bits where workgroups could be formed to deal with them Marika Konings:@Pascal - recommendation #7 reads 'That Stakeholder Groups and Constituencies engage more deeply with community members whose first language is other than English, as a means to overcoming language barriers.' The implementation plan may look at the different options that would meet the intent of this recommendations, factoring in feasibility as well as budget implications.
