Apart from requesting copies of each rule set, I would support an added rule-exception dichotomy for the sub-team questions. More specifically, since providers rule sets expectedly provide a general rule that names will be blocked, I think it is crucial for the WG to identify those areas of exception where names will not be blocked-whether due to premium names, registry acquisition, or other circumstances. Our current draft list of questions does not squarely address this dichotomy, and I think it is information necessary to achieve a holistic understanding on the benefits and limitations within the rights protection mechanism landscape.
