MADRID is still not launched), GEO TLDs had to use Reserved lists to deliver names to Mayor's offices of cities/local governments (and for a big city, 100 names is nothing). as it was underlined in one of GAC Communiques - .POLICE needs to be delivered to the Public Safety Agency in case of cities Maxim Alzoba (FAITID):adding to that: my thinking is , if Claims are available, the release of the Reserved name is not as bad, as when it is not available (so the TM owner is notified) Maxim Alzoba (FAITID):NOTE: I reached to geoTLDs and requested their comments on QLP, ALP (those instruments are highly relevant to them and quite important), and hope to have their text by the next call Mary Wong:Do we have a common understanding (definition) of what is a premium name?
