Dear all, This note is to confirm that our Sub Team will be doing a call with Greg Rafert of the Analysis Group this Friday, 29 July. As noted on the Action Items from last week (see below), the call will last for 90 minutes, with the first 30 minutes involving only the Sub Team to enable us to discuss the Analysis Group’s Draft Report on the TMCH Independent Review, which as you know was published for public comment on Monday. As we would like to provide Greg with some sense of the questions we would like his response on, please send any additional questions to this list as soon as possible, and not later than Thursday 28 July. Please also let staff know if you will not be able to join the call with Greg. For your reference, we currently have the following two questions only: 1. What sorts of data did Analysis Group seek from the TMCH and what could they not obtain? 2. What documents/sources did the Analysis Group find most useful and what (if any) would they recommend that the Sub Team look at? For those not on the call today, this Marrakech session included a presentation on the scope and methodology for the ongoing TMCH Independent Review being conducted by The Analysis Group for ICANN. The Sub Team members who attended the call today agreed that we should invite The Analysis Group to our next Sub Team call, to discuss their data collection methods and challenges, and to figure out what gaps might exist as between their work and ours. As such, it was agreed that it would be helpful to have the Sub Team review the Marrakech materials ahead of the call. 3.
